"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. I HIGHLY recommend this company for basement waterproofing projects."

"Overall, service was good. We needed gutter cleaning on our 2 story, 2500 sq ft home. A friend currently uses Atlanta's Best and recommended them to us. I got a quote online for $125, less a $20 discount for new customers. The crew had to reschedule our first appointment the day of due to getting delayed on a previous job, but their communication was good and kept us in the loop the whole time. The office rescheduled us and got a crew out within a week of the initial appointment. I wasn't home when the guys arrived, but I came home to not only clean gutters but a clean driveway, walkway, porch, etc.. They didn't just pull the crap out of the gutter and throw it all over the place which was nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking."

"The garage walls went well. They sealed 2 walls including the base of the walls. I feel however we were overcharged at $1500. The chimney did not go well. The results were less than pleasing and only 2 sides were done. The third side was near the power line coming to the house. Apparently the power line needed to be blanketed and scaffolding used. Neither were done. Cosmetic work was completed from the roof on two sides of the chimney and the charge was $800."

"They didn't just dump in a big sheet; they dropped a little bit and went along down the driveway.? Somebody then came with some kind of machine and rolled it out.? It was hard, I thought it was going to be soft because of the plough and everything but it was very good.? The guy that owns the place came up to see it and he was extremely helpful, congenial as well as a very nice man."

"I was blown away at how well it came out. Fred Washburn and his crew are truly the best I have ever seen in this field. It is smoother than any tile floor I have ever walked on. I learned through the contractor that he does staining and stamping of concrete also and since I was so impressed and knowing concrete is only new once, I had him acid etch and stain the floor and it now looks like Tusan Marble!!! My friends and family are jealous because the floor looks better than thier bathroom tile : ) <br /> His crew waxed it to a shine that is mirror finished. I can even hire him to come back periodically to strip and wax it. <br /> I'm a raving fan! He is now working on the basement floor and walls of my 1872 Farmhouse to solve my mold problem permantently! <br /> Thanks guys!"
