"Everyone I can in contact with from Modern Roofing was great! Estimate was completed quickly and work was scheduled for a later date, when weather was expected to be cooperative. Product was delivered the day prior to work start date. The shingles we’re installed in a day. The gutters installed another day. Soffit vents were installed another day. Everything looks and works great, and Modern Roofing was very quick to answer all my questions and quick to come out and remedy the one and only small issue; drips from one of the gutter connections. This repair was for damaged caused by a hail storm as part of an insurance claim and Modern Roofing was very easy to work with, and I felt very comfortable trusting them with my home repairs. A+"

"!!! UPDATE 6/12: Vivax reached out to me one day after I wrote my previous review. Coleman, one of their production managers, is the honest reason I am amending my review to a 5 star. For reference, I wrote my review 6+ months after the initial painting service, simply because I was tired of dealing with it at the time. When Coleman got in touch with me, he was kind, polite, apologetic, and prompt. He got the crew out to our house within just a couple days, completed a thorough assessment, repaired our siding and did several touch ups. He was amazing about communication the entire time. If only Coleman would have been our guy from the start, I can guarantee our house would have been perfect initially. Ultimately, the damage was corrected and we have a 10/10 paint job now. I am really pleased with Vivax’s customer service and willingness to do the right thing. All I can say, is if you get Coleman, I can guarantee you are in good hands."
