"As senior citizens, it’s hard to get things done that in years past we were capable of doing ourselves. Climbing ladders to hammer Loose facia, fixing a window that was cracked, fixing a screen in a storm door thats on s roller(used to just pop the screen in and out). Little things mean a lot to keep your home updated and looking good. Curb appeal makes a difference. That being said we want to give a big five star rating to Sutton’s for being there to get all this things done for us. We are so happy with the job they did. Everything looks great. Love our new screen door, is so nice to not have duct tape holding the screen together. We can’t thank you enough. Great service from a great company. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I was blown away by this company and it's staff on day 1. I left a question on angie's list and Brad responded quickly and made an appt with me. Brad (Manager) shows up to look at the items that needed fixing. Let me say from the beginning things went well. Brad dressed professionally and paid attention to what i asked for and left detailed estimates for my review. The next week, they fit me in and started the repairs! I have moved here from Alaska and work for the military, I move very often and sometimes have to rely on companies for repairs. I have never had a company treat me so well and start the job this fast. Dan (Plumber) shows up, within 20 mts he has a hold cut and the problem diagnosed, he is very knowledgeable, professional and straight to the point. When finished, i approached him with two minor jobs and his reply, "Sure what do you have"? His overall attitude was top notch and very pleasing. It would be fair to say i usually do not receive this type of "can do" attitude in today's service industry. What a relief. Dale came over and inspected a crack in my ceiling drywall that has been mudded and repaired by myself and within weeks will re crack. Dale came in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He has over 30 years of building experience, this is invaluable to a homeowner. Lastly Brian came and started working on the drywall repair and painting. Brian is in my opinion the finest drywaller/painter I have come across. He is a no nonsense worker who takes pride in his work....and it shows. Any complaints about the job? You tell him, he fixes without any trouble or arguments. He covered all of the furniture and cleaned up after himself. Since moving to this area, i have contacted nearly a dozen contractors for numerous services. Only 2 showed up. One was so inebriated, he could barely stand. You will receive none of that nonsense with Kate Lesley, I HIGHLY recommend to all. I can't wait to call them up and have them repaint the rest of the house!!! Thank you."

"It went well. The estimate stated if unforeseen things came up he would contact me right away. Once he got up there to tear off the old shingles, he realized they were double layered so that changed the cost by about $800. It took him 2 days to complete the job. The only thing I noticed was one of my flower pots was broken but I can't honestly say that Dan or his crew broke it since I was not present for the work. They removed my solar lighting so they would not break any of them. They however left the steaks in the ground and I could not find them when it was time to replace the lighting. I will have to buy new steaks but that is a very minor issue and would not hold that against the great work they did."

"Mr. Wake suggested that I have an air conditioning unit installed in an upstairs bedroom to provide extra comfort to an otherwise too hot room in the summer time. He recommended an appropriate size of air conditioner, removed an existing window, built a frame for the unit and installed it. Additionally, he provided a description the work to be done to satisfy the requirements of the condominium association. His solution saved me a considerable amount of money. I recently contacted Mr. Wake for an estimate on a repair. He was knowledgeable and honest and provided some very helpful information regarding the work to be done. Mr. Wake is a stand up and talented guy. I would not hesitate to hire him again."

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"A Seth Molen representative came to my home to examine my one car garage roof and to discuss the work to be done. This included installing Tamko Heritage asphalt shingles and replacing the current roof ventilation system with a better design along with an estimate of costs and work time-line. I entered into a written contract for the work to be done on May 6, 2014. It included a 10% down payment,an additional 50% to be paid by the start date of the project with the balance paid off in 30 days.  I was told that the earliest start date would be June 15 through July 15. I received a call that they could begin the work earlier and arrived at my home at 6:15 a.m. on May 29, 2014 to start the job. While protecting the surrounding property and bringing in a truck to collect old shingles, I met with Seth Molen who came to view the project and direct the crew that had assembled. At that time, since the project would be completed in the morning, I was told I could pay the entire balance upon completion of the job which is what I decided to do. Before the work commenced, drop cloths were set out around the garage to protect flowers and shrubs and to catch flying debris while removing the shingles. The crew was very competent and efficient in working together to do a professional job  including impeccable clean up afterwards for which I was well pleased. The entire job took 3 1/2 hours. I think Seth Molen is a person of integrity who provides good service and quality workmanship at a reasonable price in a timely fashion. <br /> <br />"
