"Our ducts are all metal, fabricated for the house in 1950 with no insulation.  Several weeks before we were to have our heating/air system replaced I tried to determine if the ducts needed cleaning.  I used our house vac and extended the hose through a return register in one room for several feet.  The nozzle of the hose stopped up and I pulled the hose out.  The suction was holding a 15" long mass of accumulated dust/animal fur etc. in the hose end.  When Wooldridge H&A came to take out the old furnace, the Duct Duster crew arrived there at the same time.  By the time the Furnace guys had removed the furnace the DD guys had all of the registers off and equipment for cleaning the ducts in place.  I told them about my adventure vacuuming the wad of stuff out, they were not surprised.  They showed me that the ducts had never been opened for cleaning, as far as they could determine.  They explained thoroughly all of their  process before beginning.    I did not clock the amount of time they were here, but it was at least 3 hours.  Neat and professional.  <br />"

"I know others have complained about the price and so I contacted our local water testing company for costs. My local company wanted to charge me for individual testing of all the things Environmental was charging me a flat fee for. With my local company I was well over $600 to cover the same testing Environmental was doing for around $200. They sent me the bottles to ship my liquid in and provided me with a free shipping container to send back to them. I didn't have to pay the return postage. I think the entire transaction from placement on Angies List to a report in my hand was about a week or week and a half. I called the number they gave to have someone go over my report with me, which was great. We did have to mitigate a few issues based on the report. Overall, I am completely satisfied and will probably used them on a  yearly basis or so for our well testing. <br />"

"He arrived right on time and went right to work.  I had no illusions that the carpet could be cleaned to the point that it looked clean.  I was really surprised.  Andy vacuumed the rooms then pretreated all the stains.  <br /> Once the pretreatment was down he took a really great tool and within a few minutes the oil stain in my workshop started coming up.  He kept working at it until the stain was a memory. <br /> The same thing in the family room.  He pretreated lots of paint stains and with a little aggressive work all the paint came up.  <br /> I wasn't expecting much.  Both carpets were really old and are ready to be replaced.  His cleaning methods have given the carpet a couple more years and I'm happy. <br /> Andy was fast, friendly, polite and focused on the job.  I'd use the company again with no reservations <br />"
