"The company's response time was immediate. My husband has only one day off during the week and they were easily able to accommodate our scheduling concern. They were precisely on time and replaced the outdoor flood light that we bought exactly as requested. They also replaced ballast and bulbs in a fluorescent fixture. They even had a new motion light in their truck that handled another problem that we were having. The parts they supplied were reasonable in cost. We were quoted a per hour labor charge and they stuck to it exactly. Thanks to Steve and John for a job well done. "Galle Electric came last month and removed the remaining knob and tube from our home, which was a big job. They did fantastic with it! Galle is a small family business with very competent, knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful, careful workers. They left all of the wires they worked on behind the wall (no surface mount), fished enormously and with tenacity to reach difficult places (even crawled through some crawl spaces), plastered over every small hole they had drilled, and were very responsive to requests. They regularly cleaned up the plaster dust they created and managed to get the job done (with 3 men working) in 3 1/2 days. They always arrived on time and worked through to the end of the day. I was very happy to have them and have been totally satisfied with the results.... No more knob and tube and a highly marketable home!"

"Steve did what they said they were going to do and did it on time. The job was neat and the final result was outstanding. Steve was very honest and took a consultative approach prior to the sale. What impressed me the most was what occurred after the job. One of the trees that was planted never really flourished and ended up dying. I reached out to CKC well beyond the warranty and explained the situation. Within a few weeks I had a new tree. I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but I felt so compelled to do so due to the professionalism and character exhibited by Steve and his company. "We got lots of estimates to install an irrigation system and landscape lighting. When I met with Joe he was not interested in selling me equipment but spent the time going over what we actually needed....especially for landscape lighting. His approach was great, he came up with a solution for our watering needs and a simple version for the landscape lighting since we weren't sure how much light we wanted.....Once we see it, if we want more highlighting it could easily be added.....which we did on 2 other occasions. His workers too great care of my property and when they had a question about location of sprinkler head they came and discussed it with me before moving forward. One of the best contractor experiences we have had. Almost forgot...we have a collection area where all the underground pipes disperse water from our gutters. That was always full of water when Joe mentioned that the pip wasn't done correctly....since he had the equipment and the machinery already on the property he took care of that for me. Even with this wet spring we have not seen any signs of water from the collection area overflowing. I've already referred them to many neighbors since everyone loves the landscape lighting."

"My generator was installed by sovereign electric they did fantastic job . I just had a warning light come on for low oil pressure one day before the blizzard. I calked mark he came out early on a Sunday and fixed the problem so in case my electric went out I’d have my generator. Thanks Mark your the best highly recommended sovereign electric "
