"I’m a happy customer. I needed a deadbolt lock not only installed, but actually cut for my front door. There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. The price was beyond reasonable (dare I say downright affordable!) and the time it took was less than projected. ‘Under budget’ for both time and money is a dream to everyone looking for services! I will definitely be calling on TrokStar again!"

Since 1961, we have been replacing roofs, windows, siding and gutters, as well as installing concrete patios and driveways for the valued members of our community including teachers, nurses, doctors, city workers, churches and more. We enjoy working, living and raising our families in Pittsburgh and we care about our customers. "At first, it went well. Roofing and siding were done as promised. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Then it went downhill. A worker nicked one of my new front shutters. We were told that it would be replaced. Never was. The piping that led from the bathroom vent to the outside laid on the attic floor, got water in it and froze during the winter. My husband removed 2 buckets-full of water from it and fixed the problem himself. The ridge vent was on the original contract. When it wasn't installed, we were told we would have to pay an additional $50 for it because it wasn't planned. We paid. It has never been installed and we have not received our money back. It will be 2 years since the contract was drawn and the payment made. Have not heard a word from them since July 2016 when we were told that the vent and the new shutter was in."
