J.D. made my wife and I to feel very comfortable throughout the design and installation processes. <br /> J.D. and his crew began on schedule and was flexible when we needed to change dates (and some plans) based on a new fence we were putting in, as well as delays due to weather. <br /> J.D. discovered a tree in our yard was a "weed-tree" which could be damaging to the new landscaping/sod, as well as the garden we were putting in; he recommended a tree removal service whose costs were on par with other services in the area and within 1 day the tree was gone. <br /> J.D's crew was very courteous and friendly when on-site, always a tip of the hat and a wave with a smile. Early Spring, they rehab’d the paver driveway, straightening bricks, etc. back to new status (installed 17 yrs. ago). They recently repaired the back deck masonary-bricked at a great saving, financially and in time. (Frank dignosed the source of the problem causing the bricks to shift & ameliorated the drainage issue at the time of the deck rehab. The deck bricks had tilted up against the house - others claimed the issue was due to settling/aging & suggested tearing out/replacing the deck!) in addition, Emerald Bloom’s lawn maintenance service is the best we’ve had.
