Introductions were performed professionally followed by a direct briefing of the service to be performed with an estimated time for completion. Meekins responded promptly the next day and had subsequent follow up emails concerning the services being requested. "Mr. Landes seems to be a nice enough gentleman and has been in the survey business for a long time. For some reason however, I was never contacted to schedule the survey crew to come out, they were just at my house one day when I came home from work. The plot also had the previous owner's name still listed so that had to be corrected, and the county name was spelled wrong on the corrected version so some better QC would be a good idea."
