"From beginning to end it went really well. Greg is a walking encyclopedia of trees and good practical advice on how to manage them. His proposal was clearly written and lower than two other firms. The crew was right on time, wasted no time getting set up and taking the tree down, and removed a large limb from another tree that fell while they were working on the dead tree. They climbed up about 50 feet in a twin trunk tree and installed a cable between the twins to help stabilize the lesser twin. Very pleased with them, enough to recommend them to my neighbor who also used them for a dead tree in their front yard."

"It took a bit of time to get this work scheduled, even though I paid in advance. Overall, the work went pretty well. It was a large tree, and a big job in a tight space. The laborer who did the tree cutting/trimming was very skilled. He was accompanied by three workers. Towards the end of the project, when the trunk was being cut, one of the helpers on the guide line let a limb slip into my rear fence, taking a plug out of the back of the fence. The crew did a quick repair with a piece of borrowed wood. I would have preferred them to return to do a better repair of my fence, or to deduct some amount from my payment. I was taking a video at the time and have a recording of the incident."

"I contacted five tree removal services for estimates. Richard's Tree Care was the only one who has yet to provide me with an estimate. I do not know what the problem is. I initially attempted to establish an appointment by using the online form on their website. After three or four days of not hearing from them, I decided to contact them by telephone. I did get hold of someone and set up an appointment. The guy came out. Took my list of what was to be done. We went around the yard discussing each tree. At the end, he said he would email me the estimate. I asked if he had my email address. He assured me that the office had it and my telephone number. I waited five days; emailed the office, and still have not heard from them. But, I had to move on. I believe that I gave them ample time to respond, but they chose not to or their communication system is not operating properly. Don't know. Don't care at this point."
