There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. He answered every question broke down the cost and was really honest and up front about what they were going to do. They send an email list if EVERYTHING that you need measurements and all and answer their emails in a timely manner.
