"They came into our home and covered their shoes not to track anything in. They let us know what they were going to do and had us show them a tour of the house so they knew where they needed to clean. They set out rugs on top of our hardwood floor so they wouldn't scratch or mark it and brought in all of their equipment. They cleaned all of our vents and the covers exceptionally they looked brand new and it took the smell of built up dust and dirt out of the air. After they were finished they let us know of an issue we had on our furnace that we didn't know existed and wrote us up a quote of the cost right then and there so we wouldn't have to schedule a different appointment. After they were finished they vacuumed up the floors and made sure they were clean. I was very pleased and could definitely tell the difference in the house it smells cleaner and had better air flow."

"They were late and wanted to reschedule. They cleaned the chimney with a wire brush extension and spent more time trying to get me to pay more for the fireplace to be cleaned for 25 dollars more . Then they tried to sell me air duct cleaning , telling me my vents were dirty. They didn't even look at them. They gave me no written inspection and didn't inspect it either. They cleaned up afterwards . You get what you paid."
