"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

"We had wind driven rain water seeping in through the masonry on the front of our house. I contacted Disciple Masonry based on numerous positive reviews, and w weren't disappointed. From start to finish, the experience was great. Joey responded quickly to my initial call, and came out to provide a plan of action. They would repoint the mortar joints in the area outside. Inside, parging and waterproofing paint were applied. All commitments were kept, and Scott did an excellent job. His workmanship clearly demonstrated he has a great deal of pride in his work. I was impressed to find that new mulch was applied to work area outside after the masonry work was completed. That's attention to detail. Dan, and Nathan were also helpful with keeping me informed about weather related issues, and answering questions. All in all, it was a great experience. "Nestor and his colleague did a great job. I had some water damage at the base of the chimney that I repaired, but needed the stucco replaced. When Nestor first came out to look at the project, he did a thorough walk through and asked good questions. I just happened to mention I also had a leak near the chimney on the roof, and he didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and climb up there to look at it. They did the work over a weekend, and were very polite and professional the whole time. They did a great job with the stucco, and were careful to not disturb any of the landscaping around the chimney. Overall, communication was good and scheduling was easy. I definitely recommend Nestor and his company."
