When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. The new Lutron system has been exceptional and it is helping us both, Envision and my budget, save money since it is rock solid. "Steve was quick to contact me and was able to get ready for the job after some pictures and a phone conversation. He and his team arrived at my house on time prepared for the job. They were very considerate of my floors (which they kept clean) and didn't waste any time. They installed a new electrical outlet outside for my hot tub with extra space for my outdoor tv projector. "I was impressed seeing Brady & Son's all positive reviews on Angie's List, and when I called, Stephen was courteous and we set up an appointment for the following week. Stephen and Mario quickly and efficiently tackled all the issues, and Stephen explained what had been causing said issues. They also replaced the faulty light fixture in the office with a new one I had purchased but had been waiting to install. Due to an earlier job that ran late, the guys had arrived to the appointment an hour or so late (which Stephen had called about), and because of that, Stephen did not charge for the work performed. Even if this hadn't been the case, I still would have written a positive review (REALLY!) because the work was excellent, but I really appreciated that added level of customer service and accountability.
