"Walter came out the same afternoon I called to do the free estimate. He showed me how the plum tree had been mortally damaged by heavy snow and explained that trees need to be pruned and trimmed. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent time examining various trees and shrubs I asked him about. He gave me an estimate of $375 (before tax) for shaping/pruning/trimming two Japanese maples, trimming suckers and dead branches from two really high trees, plus cutting down/carting away the plum tree. The crew came the next morning and took care of everything - including getting permission from my neighbor to get on her roof to take care of the dead branches. Price was exactly as discussed. I couldn't be more pleased."
