"John was the first one to answer my call said he would be happy to come out and look at my roof. I had a small leak that came inside the house. I had someone else come out and tried to see if I was able to get a new roof. Not enough damage. I called John back and he was here when he said he was I'm very happy with what he did to repair the roof. Thank you very much Bruce"

Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. "A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. They take obvious pride in providing an experience where they work to please the client. Thank you A&D with a very satisfying experience!"
