We especially appreciated that because, as we were in the bid-taking process, we had a multi-thousand-dollar plumbing disaster that affected us budget- and time-wise. Saul stuck with us until we were ready, he showed up to the minute at the time we requested and he always wore a mask when he was talking to us, which I appreciated because I"m in the high-risk age group. He kept us updated on how things were going. When he was finished, only 8 hours later for a two-room, double-coat job, he cleaned up, including shop-vacuuming the work area, and put everything back where it was. And the rooms were BEAUTIFUL!
