"Mr. James Rollins was exceptional. Had an issue that came up last year with my Generac generator and he was quick to respond but I was not able to be as fast. Power came back on so I didn't follow up. Generator hasn't worked and was worried about a power outage, so I reached back out. He came out on the same day, diagnosed my issue in a minute, and fixed it. His work was outstanding and I can understand why he is so busy. Everyone wants Rollins Repair. "Chesapeake electrical just finished replacing an outlet on our 32 year old home. They also inspected the whole electrical system and offered options to upgrade our house to current standards. The technician, Brian, was very experienced and fixed our problem right away. Too many Christmas lights, too much recent rain and trying to charge an electric car on a 110 line! They came out the day after we called, the scheduler, Jackie, was very personable and determined to get this ordeal over for us.
