Original installation of one of the water heaters was poorly done. Example of this was the top vent was routed into the attic but the connection to the roof vent was not aligned so the vent was left unattached. They corrected this during the installation of the new water heater instead of just leaving it as the original installation had the vent routed.
Not only was the installation of the new water heaters well done but they were also very good about cleaning up before they left the work area.
