When asked why his quote was lower than others, owner reply the larger companies use blocks from quarry. Ok with blocks from Lowes, 2 days completion, but still expected quality work. Subcontractors excellent job on demo and work on front wall. 3rd day, owner solely completed side wall to driveway. Contractors should have finished the job. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."

"first, pls look at reviews on other sites like yelp. --- Our kitchen sink had a slow drain likely from buildup * on 3/6 The technician was polite, prompt and proceeded to snake the drain to the tune of $432. Which is very expensive for sure but we needed it fixed and appeared to be so * on 4/3, same thing. slow drain. This time i got "bio-clean' powder to use for a couple of weeks. the powder was $69. questionable results * on 5/1, guess what? same thing. This time the tech snaked again for maybe an hour and did active testing on the flow. Apparently fixed for $289 with discount --- so, its 3 visits in so many months to the tune of 432+69+289 = $790 thats 800 for helping clear a drain what went wrong? it wasn't done through the first couple of times. was the tech polite and professional? yes was it expensive? anyone would think so would use them again? nope ---- Update, the response back from the company: "We cannot be held responsible for the condition or deterioration of the internals of your drain due to the fact that we cannot see inside your drain. We are happy to set you up with the camera inspection to find out exactly what's going on with the interior of your pipe." basically, wanting to charge for additional services and electing to ignore the sloppy and incomplete workmanship done. stay away"
