"G and W Electric. Talk about dedicated to his business and his customers. After coming to my business and checking out our needs. He put together a plan to replace my whole electrical service at our Laundromat/carwash. This was by no means a cakewalk. My concerns were how long will my business be shut down. G&W assured me he would stay and work until the job was done. Well he sure did. He showed up at 2 in the afternoon and began working. He actually worked 24 hours straight and had the brand new service completed at 2 the next afternoon. Now that is dedication to his customer. Will i have him back in the future? Hell yes. We talked about a generator for our building and will see what comes of that. But as far as work ethic goes. He and his company are top notch and I recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done. Apparently no job is too big for this company."

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"Bill and his son are great. They were very responsive and came out the day after I called. I had already bought the ceiling fan at Home Depot. They cut the hole, helped me to figure out if I could use an existing switch or not, I couldn't, put in a new box, and installed the fan. We found that it was missing a few screws so they went and found me replacement screws and came back to finish the job the next day. They are both very professional and very good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh and they even like dogs. Thank you again."

She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills.
