"The owner Andrei of Mid-Atlantic Roofing & Siding came out and I explained to him what happened and he said he needed to go up on the roof after I showed him in the house where it was leaking. Andrei asked me if I would go on the roof so he could show me what was wrong. Go to find out that the person that did our roof 6 years ago didn't do the flat roof correctly and didn't use the correct material. Andrei explained everything that he needed to do to fix the leak. I also asked Andrei to look at our chimney where we were told we needed the cement on the top of the chimney repaired and go to find out that it was cracked in 5 places along with flashing work they did that was not correctly installed. Andrei fixed the roof leak along with sealing the cement on the top of the chimney. I would recommend Mid-Atlantic Roofing & Siding to any one that needs there roof repaired or replaced."

I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. He said our roof didn't need to be done this year--that it still had a couple years life left. However, our gazebo roof, which was in bad shape needed replacing. They scheduled the job quickly. The crew came and did an excellent job! The gazebo roof looks great and surrounding area was left as clean as it was found. "So-so experience. Job was bid and performed in the depths of the recession - I think he priced it so low that he needed to cut corners. Plus: did job quickly, when scheduled. Old roof was removed with only medium amount of mess. New roof went on OK. He did an OK job installing a skylight in the new roof. Minus: He reused the old gutters, which I would not recommend anyone else do - they were pretty battered by the time they had been removed and replaced. Some of them still don't drain right. Here's the worst part: on the last day, one of his guys fell off the roof. My wife was in the dining room and saw him bounce off our back stairs and land on the grass. Fortunately, he didn't seem to be badly hurt, as he ultimately landed on boggy grass. However, Scheinfeld, when told about this, took more than an hour to show up, and the injured worker called us a few days later asking for our homeowner's policy info, thinking that we would be paying for his medical care - can you believe it? I run a small business and am very familiar with the concept of Workmen's Comp - no telling what was going on between Scheinfeld and his workers, but something seemed to be very, very wrong. A couple of our gutters still don't drain right, despite several calls to have them adjusted. But the roof no longer leaks."
