He devised a design which was far superior to what was originally contemplated. And cheaper as well. All-Type-Fence worked with the township to obtain the necessary permit. Mike noticed in the township's original instructions that the fence would have to be set back 6 feet from the sidewalk. Mike contacted me and suggested the township property drawings probably had an error. So I contacted them, and after looking into it, Mike was right ! They completed two jobs for us: insulating a drafty addition, and remodeling a small bathroom. The jobs required plumbing, installing fixtures, tiling, insulation, drywall and painting. If I had to sum up this business in one word, it would be professional. Mr. Larry Green is an excellent communicator; he promptly responded to our initial inquiry, prepared quotes for our review via email, and communicated with us in person, via calls, texts, and photo progress throughout both projects. During the insulation job, it was revealed that the original work was incomplete, requiring additional work (and cost) to rectif the problem. But because Mr. Green's project quotes were so detailed and comprehensive, I felt comfortable with the revised estimate and confident that the issue would be resolved.
