"We've now hired Raul for two separate jobs. The first was painting and wood trim installation and the second was painting, skim-coating, and large light and fan installations. Raul's receives my winning marks on all aspects of the job from getting the job done and punctuality, cleaning, price, and flexibility in adding new services. This is all beyond great quality in the work performed, which is especially difficult to achieve in my house since it's old (built in the 1880s). Raul has had to skim-coat uneven walls, hang fans in plastered ceilings, and disconnect radiators for painting. I plan on hiring Raul again when the weather gets warmer for exterior work and more generally, Raul will be my go-to for all of my house work to come (which will be plenty). "We used this company because of a referral. If we could give this company a zero we would. We had our windows (Advanced Windows brand) installed in our home on September 13, 2021. FIRST; the crew showed up TWO hours late. No call to advise that they were running behind. We had to call the owner to be sure we were still on and he said yes. That was at 20 minutes late. Then we called again when they were an hour late. The owner said they were “probably” getting supplies. Still no apology. Then we tried calling the owner when they were two hours late and received his voice, which was full! So we couldn’t even leave a message. When the crew finally arrived, no apology. Casement windows were installed. One casement window installed opened the same as the other casement window instead of the opposite. Ok, fine not a great big deal. But still. Then one of the guys removed a tarp that they had covering part of our guest bed and lamp, knocking down the lamp bending the stem on it. He wasn’t even going to tell us. We had given them bottles of water. One of the guys working downstairs on the family room windows placed the water bottle right on our wooden top for our fireplace mantel AFTER we had provided him with a coaster. Had to ask him twice to use the coaster. We just didn’t want a ring on our wood from the water bottle. Another gentleman was a smoker. We provided him with an ashtray (outside) and he never used it. He used our driveway and lawn instead. Very unprofessional. We sent the owner a text wanting to discuss the experience. He never responded. If you want Advanced Windows brand, which so far we are extremely happy with DO NOT USE ROSTZORKVIT CO (Igor is the owner). Contact Advanced Windows yourself and use them directly, but don’t use Igor’s company."
