The cleaning did not remove the stains. I cleaned the carpet myself  about a month later using a Bissel carpet cleaner that I purchased and I was able to remove those same stains when I cleaned the carpet.. <br /> Except for not removing the visible stains in our carpet, the rest of the experience was good. They acted professionally, they were on time and they charged a fair price for the task.  <br /> But since I am able to do a better job than them using my own carpet cleaner. I would not use these people again. <br />"
