"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. It was such a pleasure to have a Contractor do precisely what they say they can, and even do it better than you expect."

"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! We were so pleased with their work and we highly recommend Jesus and his crew! We have even reached out to Jesus to give us an estimate on replacing our gutters! "Kenny Ferguson is very responsive to customer requests. He communicates well to the customer and to his men. Fernado and Mike were very careful in their work and aimed to please the customer. The lights and painted ceiling looked great. They were very pleasant and yet professional in their attitude and work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I have another job waiting for Kenny and his team to install an attic fan. I have confidence that they will do good work as they have done in the past.

"Home Genius Exterior is all about customer service. From the beginning to the end of the job everything was professionally completed. They are all about making the customer happy. Andrew who was in charge of my job made sure I was completely happy. He answered question I had as they came up! Could not ask for a better job. His crew was professional from taking off my old roof to working til dark to put the new roof on. They cleaned up after to my satisfaction. Andrew came back out this morning to over clean up answer questions and take pictures! He made sure I was completely satisfied!"

"Pretty darn smooth! On the day they scheduled to start, they were here at 7:50 a.m., and on my roof by 8 a.m. They had a crew of five and kept hard at it for several days until complete and cleaned up (they also did a basic clean up at the end of each day prior). There was a price adjustment upon confirmation of additional plywood required, but it was reasonable and discussed in advance during the estimate. The gutter crew showed up the next day after the roof was finished and removed old / installed new seamless gutters with additional downspouts for proper drainage. I'm happy with the work performed and the price paid."
