She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Jesus was great to work with. Jesus came out on a Saturday in the rain on time and gave me a estimate. Jesus showed me samples and recommendations and also helped pick out the color and style. Jesus ordered the shingles and a week later Jesus and his crew replaced the gutters,siding and replaced the roof. "Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. "Pretty darn smooth! On the day they scheduled to start, they were here at 7:50 a.m., and on my roof by 8 a.m. They had a crew of five and kept hard at it for several days until complete and cleaned up (they also did a basic clean up at the end of each day prior). There was a price adjustment upon confirmation of additional plywood required, but it was reasonable and discussed in advance during the estimate. The gutter crew showed up the next day after the roof was finished and removed old / installed new seamless gutters with additional downspouts for proper drainage. I'm happy with the work performed and the price paid."

"Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.
