A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. The experienced and knowledgeable owner was a pleasure to work with and the onsite workers did a professional job."

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

"Albert contacted us within 20 minutes of posting my information to HomeAdvisor. He sent his son to the house. Austin was here with 20 minutes of our phone call with Albert. Austin was very professional and had everything he needed to perform the job right away. He removed the snow from our roof with in 1 1/2-2 hours. He then put down several bags of Calcium chloride over the ice dams. We are both retired and I asked him if he would shovel off a small deck on the other side of our house which he did with no problems. this deck is one we normally forget because we are both not in the best of physical condition.
