"5 by 40 foot section landscaped. Grass removed. Fabric liner laid down. 2 inches of rock chips. 1 inch in size, laid down. I wanted to use a sand base with white marble chips. It was a bit more than I budgeted for. Perez suggested the above alternative which was more within my budget. The rock used was a light grey color. The job was completed in about 6 hours over a 2 day period. The finished product looks great. I am pleased with it. The cost was reasonable as I was paying for labor that I could not do. Will use Perez again if I need any of the services he provides. Good job ..."

"Brad was very nice, and prompt in his response. He was actually already close by when I had called on another job, and was able to squeeze me in on the same day. He showed up with his crew and after I pointed out the work his team got to work fixing the main line I had punctured with a Christmas inflatable spike. I was very happy with his work, and he was thorough in his explanation of the issue, and why it was good that I actually hit the main line instead of one of the branching off lines. After the repair the repair he made sure to explain that no electrical lines were near by for the sprinklers, and ensured that the zone functioned as intended after the repair. I'd definitely hire him again."

"Stenson Landscaping did an outstanding job on a complicated project in my front yard. I was looking to have the following done: 1) repair all existing stone landscaping walls (which were in bad shape); 2) demo the old front walkway and pour a new one with a different pattern of stairs; 3) build stone retaining walls down the sides of the front walkway and across much of the front of the yard, and have those walls match the existing stonework; 4) fill behind the walls with gravel and filter fabric for drainage and fill dirt for planting; 5) update all irrigation to the new layout and ground level, including installing drip irrigation lines for future planter bowls. Stenson did an outstanding job at the project. They worked to detailed specifications and designs that I provided them, and were open to feedback and willing to make changes on the fly as needed. The stonemasonry in particular is outstanding - the walls are very solid, built with rebar and concrete footers, and really look incredible. The change in the look of my front yard is night and day. I'm thrilled with the outcome of the project and would absolutely hire them again."
