And whenever it rain heavy, water was seeping through the cracks on to the floor.  I called several people to come out and they gave me many different options as to how they would fix it. I was not happy with the advice until a contractor told me about Crack-X. It took several phone calls to finally get a call back. But I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment at the same time. The employee (Alex ) who showed up was terrific. "Lou did a fantastic job with my pool. The job initially started out as a concrete repair job, but quickly turned into a full tear out and replace of the entire pool skirt and fill underneath it. He and his wife took the time to explain every step of the process and to go over the contract in every detail. My wife and I really appreciated their taking the time to go over everything with us and explain every cost involved in the job. Lou is very responsive and would return my calls promptly whenever I had a question. In addition, even after the job was complete Lou has called to check in on the work and make sure everything is going well with the pool.
