The amendment SP sent later incorrectly listed our patio as the area to be paved, even though we only wanted our driveway & walkway. The amendment also increased the price, but failed to include accurate quantities, drawings, or clear scope. SP never worked on the patio - and promised they would reduce the contract price to reflect the actual work performed. Despite our repeated requests, they refused to provide a final invoice with correct pricing. Instead of working with us in good faith, they abruptly filed a lawsuit. We believe this constitutes Deceptive & Unfair Business Practices!"
