We had him build a border wall with large retaining wall blocks as well as re-sod damaged grass due to very active puppies. The border had to match the fire pit color blend built 5 years ago. He took the time to find the correct, exact match for the color scheme as it was not designated on our old receipt from the previous contractor. The wall/border looks great. The sod looks great (nice and level). He is honest, does not try to "put on the sale" and most importantly does great work for a reasonable price! We will be hiring him any time we need landscape related work done!"

"Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."

"It went very well very. They are professional. You would hardly know they were here except for the bob cat situation. They are professional and quiet. By the end of the day, it was very tidy getting ready for the next day for work. The owner came by every day and asked me and my mother if we were satisfied with the work. The son of the owner dealt with the sprinkler system. He showed me how to operate it and answered all my questions. Two days later the original sales representative came by to check in if I was satisfied and said that should I have concerns, I should give them a call. The fence the original was installed in 1964. It was quite a work, but he got it done. They also took out some old tree roots. My mother was very happy . They made her smile. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anybody."
