"Countertop & Wall splash Refinish by Get a Grip Resurfacing On time, able to create a custom color similar to what I really wanted with a metallic finish that matches the chrome and oil brushed bronze and makes the white cabinets pop. Their prices are fair and they agreed to come back to repair some minor damage caused by the company that followed up with the painting of the cabinets. This is huge for me as I was really worried when I saw the damage. I highly recommend this company and will be using them on a second unit remodel. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. "The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"I hired Paramount back in 2020 for work on the first floor and appreciated their work so much that I brought them back for the basement (fix/ update after mold repair) and second floor (bathroom and stairs update, new carpet). Like the first time, I really appreciated Ryan's suggestions on style and options, and the various contractors were professional and very kind about working around me and the cats. Ryan was ultimately more critical than me about details and appreciate that desire to do things right and as clean as possible. Would use again!... although that would require a new house at this point. 😁"
