"It has been an absolute pleasure working with Ryan and the guys at blue ladder. We knew we were gonna need repairs and had talked to a place or two beforehand, and we're getting absolutely nowhere, and a little desperate if I'm being honest. "The salesman was knowledgeable and it didn’t take long for the crew to come out to do the work. The roofing job itself is fine. The price was hefty but I don’t mind paying extra for quality work. The problem is that I was told someone would come do a walk around with me after the job was done and that the crew would clean up when they were done. Once the job was finished, the crew packed up and left and that was it. We did the inspection ourselves (because no one came back out to follow up like we were promised) and there were nails everywhere including in the ALLEY behind our garage (they shingled the garage). So disappointed in the lack of follow through. Not worth the price paid by a long shot."

I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."
