Others quoted less, but their solution was to patch the rotted area with Bondo (wood filler) and paint over it."

"It went fantastic. The painters were extremely professional and made sure everything was protected. The crew that installed the flooring and replaced everything else were amazing. The entire job was done in 4 days. The crew worked til 9:30pm on the final day to make sure everything was completed. It looks like we have a new house. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. This company is the only one I will use going forward if I need any home remodeling or repairs. Great customer service. Vo checked with me multiple times during the job to make sure we were happy.
