"Outstanding Customer Service in this day & age. They actually made a timely repair appointment & arrived on time. The competitor who installed the fence was so busy, the earliest they could come out & fix the damage, was 45 days later. The competitor said, just tie your dog up for 45 days. Ya right. This company will be doing all of our dog fence work going forward, along with all 200 neighbors who have dogs in our neighborhood. Great, friendly & knowledgeable service tech, Aaron, who fixed our damaged electric fence. Great to work with a local company, instead of a National scheduler from a state 2,000 miles away. "In June Superior Fence and Rail replaced our 30 year privacy fence with privacy vinyl fencing. We had excellent experience with this company from Trisha the Sales Representative, Cassie the Office Manager to the installation team. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. The tear down and install took one day. It looks beautiful and I’ve gotten compliments. I have chain link fencing that needs replacing soon and I will hire them again. "My old wood border fence was rotted in a few places and fell over last winter. I decided i wanted a replacement and got some bids for replacing it with chain link. North star impressed me by answering my questions about the different fencing materials available as well as how sturdy they were. From that conversation I decided on black vinyl chain link, and their bid was the most competitive with a great warranty. The fence was installed a month and a half later and the quality is amazing."

"Working with Artistic Fence was a great experience. We needed a fence that could contain a dog that can climb chain link, but didn't want a privacy fence to cut us off from our neighbors. Amy from Artistic Fence came and looked over our property, talked about our options for our fence, and wrote out a bid right there. She answered all my questions, and was very helpful and professional. Their bid came in on the low end of the quotes we got. Their building timeline was reasonable, even though it was the busy season for new fences, and the folks that came to build the fence where prompt, and impressively efficient. The fence is exactly what we hoped for, and is beautifully done. We couldn't be happier with it. <br /> I really recommend Artistic Fence. <br /> <br /> Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water. I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."

"We contacted Security Fence to install a privacy/chain link fence. Ordering a fence at the busiest time, and so late in the season, Jim was able to get our installation done just in time for the arrival of our new dog. The process went quick (thou we did have a weather delay). One day the posts were installed and in a 1/2 day the fence was complete. From the quality of the material, competitive pricing, professional installation, we are very satisfied. <br /> We did shopped around and read countless reviews from other fencing companies.
