He is very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. The crew arrived on time and worked hard all day to get the job done. They were incredibly careful to protect my property, and they cleaned up everything after they were finished. We had to wait to seal it due to multiple days of rain, but he kept me informed throughout the week. The patio is even more beautiful than I had imagined. It is perfectly level and smooth, and the concrete finish is flawless. I went with the stamped look with a dark grey mixed in. "Aside from designing, one of the most difficult steps in a kitchen renovation project is finding the right team to complete the project. This seems to be especially difficult in Miami. During this project I met with a half dozen different contractors who all promise my dream kitchen but could not deliver even a quote. Communication with Home Surgeons was effortless from the start. I scheduled a meeting with Adrian to discuss the scope and he seemed unfazed by the hurdles and eager to take on the challenge. He delivered a proposal in a timely manner, and after a few adjustments, we were ready to proceed. Adrian and his team handled the renovation with finesse and great attention to detail. As unexpected hurdles came up, Home Surgeons tackled them with ease and kept us running on schedule. Adrian was able to bring my vision to life, and my kitchen looks more beautiful than I ever imagined. There isn’t anything Adrian & his team can’t handle. I would not hesitate to recommend them."

I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. I don’t expect any issues now that the project is done but if something did come up,I am very confident that Joel will make it right. A great experience overall and would definitely hire them again."

"LeLack construction was one of only a handful of companies that even call me back when I was trying to get an estimate to convert a screened in patio into a bedroom. He did not hesitate. Estimate was pre covid but Work took place during covid. Workers took all precautions necessary. Due to supply chains limited availability project took a little longer. Prices did go up a little but that was due to the suppliers and not contractor. Contractor was very fair with the increase. The room came out better than I could have hoped for. Would use again."

"The quality of work was acceptable in that the pavers look good. But there was no particular emphasis on quality control. Several weeks later we are still trying to get our pool to recover from all of the dirt, sand and grunge sprayed into the pool. While the Paver Protetor's agreement specifically rejects liability for damage to landscape, there was virtually no effort to mitigate or limit the damage to landscaping outside of the lanai screen. As a result we have lost considerable landscaping. Finally, the caustic material was cleaned in our yard causing loss of considerable grass that had to be replaced. Paver Protectors needs to let potential customers know exactly what precautions it will take to mitigate damage and what steps the owner may take to mitigate damage. It is truly a question of full disclosure."

"Positive reviews often highlight the best parts of a business, but they don’t tell the full story. The real test of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, when things went wrong with Tropical Paver Sealing, they didn’t rise to the occasion. I hired Tropical Paver Sealing, for a paver sealing job that included pressure washing my pool deck. During the service, the technician, Bowen, got distracted and ended up stripping the paint from the base of my pool enclosure, leaving it exposed to rust. Amanda, the owner, came out to inspect the damage, took videos, and promised to get back to me that afternoon with a solution. That follow-up never happened, despite me reaching out several times. To add to the frustration, I later found that my pool deck drains were filled with silicon sand used during the sealing process. The drains hadn’t been covered, so the sand just clogged them up. Once again, I reached out to Amanda, but my concerns were ignored. It's easy to get great reviews when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong, that’s when a business shows its true colors. Unfortunately, Tropical Paver Sealing didn’t handle the situation well at all, and Amanda was completely unresponsive. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into silence and neglect."

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him."
