"I would rate my experience with Poole's Roofing and Repairs as A++. I called them in November to repair what I saw as a rotten soffit corner. They came right away and pointed out to me that all of the soffit corners were rotted. I had to wait until January to get the repairs done because they were booked until then but it was well worth the wait.

I found Elizabeth, the wife of the owner and the person who does all the booking and answers the phone to be very responsive and helpful. When they started the job they called me and let me know who was going to be there and how long the job would take. There were two workers there, a supervisor and a helper for four days. They were mindful of my renters, cleaned up as they went and answered any questions that I had.

The day before they finished, took pictures of the job and emailed them to Elizabeth. By the time I got there the next day, they had all of my concerns addressed.
