Commercial/Office Buildings: $0.10 Square foot or Quote can be given once the property has been viewed. Services: Hall cleaning - Sweeping + mopping and/or Vacuuming all halls. Optionally, we can also clean the baseboards. Pet/Trash cans - We will change all bags on the property. (This does NOT APPLY to inside apartments! Only in lobbies, offices, gym, ect.) Cleaning bathroom(s) - We will clean the public restroom. (If applicable.) Pool house - We can pick up litter and trash at the pool area, change trash bags, and clean up restrooms and showers. (We DO NOT clean the pool itself OR the furniture OUTSIDE.) Parking lot - We can pick up any trash from the parking area(s) and change trash bags (if applicable) Event cleaning (Price will be discussed after viewing the property) DOE NOT INCLUDE SHAMPOOING OF CARPET OR WAXING OF FLOORS! Trip charge is $20.00, this will be charged for trip in which we are unable to do scheduled work.
