"It was very easy to work with Joe to finalize a quote and get the job scheduled. Once onsite, Carlos and his colleague knew exactly what to do and how to run the new electric circuit across the house from the electrical panel to the garage. The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially. Overall very happy with both the price we paid and the quality of the work. Will hire again for any electrical work we'll need."

I was shocked when Tim offered to troubleshoot the issue for free, despite estimating it could take 1.5-2 hours. Tim was prompt (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late), wore a mask (COVID), was courteous, and determined the issue really quickly. He entertained answering all of my electrical questions, came up with the best path forward to resolving the issue, and provided a very reasonable quote for repairs. I will definitely be having him complete the recommended repairs! It is hard to find tradespeople like Tim in DC; available, knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, a professional who takes pride in his work. "Will did an excellent job today. I had an outdoor outlet that was causing a fire hazard and circuit breaker kept going off. He was able to happily troubleshoot the issue, change the switch and hit my outlet working again. He also restored power on another outlet in the garage and saved me $100 that I was planning to spend to get a Freezer technician to come fix not knowing it was a power issue and not a device issue. Very pleasant, helpful and very reasonable pricing. Thanks so much for saving the day for me and job well done."

"It took about a week to make the appointment. When I was finally contacted, Pariseau immediately told me that it would be one hour if two people came on the service or two hours (as mentioned in the ad) ONLY if one person came. I thought this was a little odd but since I was only getting a chandelier installed I figured that would be more than enough time for a professional. It took the installer three hours to install one chandelier. He left repeatedly to go to his truck (at least three times for sure--one time lasting at least 10 minutes). I was considering getting several other fixtures installed depending on how things went (I had the fixtures and had even moved furniture out of the way); however, considering how long it took to put the one in I changed my mind. Afterwards, I noted that the chandelier moved from the base. Being concerned, I contacted Pariseau. It took a while (several weeks) before the initial installer made it back out to check. I was told that since it's a pendant chandelier this happens but he ensured me that he installed it to be secure. (Things were resolved almost exactly one month later.)  In addition to being charged additional money for the 'extra' hour, I was also charged $50 in supplies (I supplied the outlet so guess this was for the cables?). Driving time was also factored in the timeline. I still have other electrical projects that need to be done. But in a nutshell, I would not use or recommend this company.

"Contractor arrived earlier than scheduled and got straight to work.  Unfortunately the problem with the light involved more complex electrical work than I had thought so it was not fixed.  However, he did fix the problem I was having with the faulty lighting in the ceiling fans from my original request - I was using the wrong light-bulbs.  Go figure!
