Our downstairs tub, toilet and floor were covered in sewage water from all our toilets, tub, shower, sinks, etc. I called his business after 8:00PM. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought.
