"I would have rated the service as 5 stars.....unfortunately there were several things undone. . 1) The front of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. 2) the hood over the stove wasn't cleaned...in spite of discussion about it. And 3) the top of shower head wasn't cleaned. I don't want to say that the service was not good because overall it was... on time..very pleasant to work with. Only these 3 things were problematic. "

First of all, my life decided to completely fall apart the exact week she was supposed to come and instead of being annoyed, she was kind, understanding, and worked with me like an actual angel in human form. Then I managed to create a misunderstanding and she handled it with so much patience I briefly considered getting my life together just to impress her She didn’t just clean—she went full detective mode on my house. Every crumb, dust bunny, and mystery smudge was found and eliminated like it owed her money. My baseboards have never seen this level of attention—they’re probably still in shock.
