"Jim Southern, his brother and another helper arrived promptly and began work.  Once they started, they realized the original grouting was extremely hard and difficult to remove from the adjacent tiles.  They worked very carefully and meticulously to remove the old grout and not damage the adjacent tiles.  It was quit a bit more work than I think they anticipated, but they didn't complain and actually completed installing the new tiles within the 4 hour time period they estimated.  Jim came back the next day and completed the grouting.  He even called me to tell me he would be 20 minutes late so I would not be concerned.  And he did a beautiful job matching the color of the old grout. <br /> Jim Southern and his crew are top notch!  I would highly recommend them to anyone.  For any future work, I will call them first.  They totally cleaned up any debris, were careful not to track dirt in on the carpet, and took everything away.  Jim even cleaned up the yard area where they had their tile saw.  And they were just really nice young men. <br />"

"The technician was on time and professional. He climbed up on the roof and examined it. He reported that there was no damages, but a couple of shingles needed repair. He repaired the loose shingles for no charge This service gave me great confidence in the firm. I would use them in the future."

"They were fine. They were nice. I couldn't really tell how good of a job they did. The chimney wasn't that dirty on the inside anyway. I have no idea how to determine whether they did a good or bad job. There was an upcharge, which I didn't really understand. What they were saying was, if there's a metal lining, there's no extra charge. But, if there's no metal lining on the chimney, they charge extra. It was $35 extra. They called and said that they were running late and it was the end of the day before they finally got there."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."
