"Once contacted, they scheduled the work within a week, and were on time to deliver and blow in the bark.  From the time we contacted them, until the job was finished, all off their staff was very pleasant and helpful.  They did a great job, covering just what we asked for, without burying any of the existing plants. They also did a great job of cleaning the paths, sidewalks etc after the bark was down.  All and all a first rate job at a fair price. We won't hesitate to use them in the future. "This is the second time I hired them since they did a good job the first time when I had my deck replaced with pavers. The problem I have with them is that the workers do not know how to plant plants. several of the of plants died. I had to replant at least 5 plants. When I was replanting (one blew out of its hole on a windy day) I found that they only dug the holes just big enough for the plant to fit then plopped the plant in. They were very sickly looking until I replanted. Also, a friend of mine just recently used them to re-do pavers, she had her dogs come in stinking of poo. She then found a spot behind her shed where one of the workers pooped and left their wipes right there. They could have at least buried it or put it in a bag to put in the garbage. Needless to say it ended up being a job of cleaning 3 dogs and the mess itself."

"Laura was very friendly and talkative.  Her crew worked hard, in hot weather, to do the work described above.  I had neglected the yard, so it was a lot of work, I know.  I'll never know whether it was market-value worth the $1900 I paid for it ($200 was the Angie's List coupon, so an additional $1700), as it's hard for me to calculate outside a by-the-hour pay rate, but the yard was certainly overgrown to a large extent and they did removed and haul A LOT of debris.  They were originally going to come over three or four days but were able to do the work in only two...the second day shorter than I expected.  I suppose this was more convenient, as I could set about starting the garden I had hoped to establish in a more inviting yard, but it did leave me wondering about the cost.

The level of service is absolutely above & beyond anyone, They have come at a moment's notice after storms and trees and large branches have broken. They came and shoveled my driveway when we had the ice storm. These young men are extremely driven, hard workers! After all the other companies that I have received terrible service from that have upcharged and didn't deliver as promised. I feel so lucky to have this company and Freddy working on my home. We used to live in West Linn and had a lot that was on a slope and had rock walls. Over the years, he help us take care of every phase of our yard, helped re-landscape it over time, built paved walkways, and updated our sprinkler system as the yard and plantings matured.
