We have a great experience working with Evergreen fence and deck. They did an excellent job on our gates. Great attention to detail, workmanship and responsiveness. Dick came out to give us a quote for the job within a day. His quote was very competitive. He's very knowledgeable and honest. We planned to move one old garden gate toward the front of the house and have an additional gate made and install on the other side of the house as well. We noticed that small section of our fence is leaning so we asked Dick's opinion on it. To our surprise after he inspected the fence, he said he'd be happy to do it but it was an easy fix that we could do it ourselves if we want to save money. We said we'd love to do it ourselves so he gave us detail instruction of what we should do. That's what you call honest! Dick sent in the bid the next day and it was the most competitive bid we got for this job. And on top of that when we asked if we could use the 5% off from Angie's list, he said yes.

We schedule the work day and the crew showed up on time and ready to work. The two guys crew were very nice and attentive. They listened to how we want the gate installed. We told them we'd like the new gate and old gate to match (in gate style and decorated arbor) and wanted little gap between board as possible for privacy.  They made sure the post in location where we wanted and went over all the details to confirm before starting the job. Dick's son even found the decorated part to make the new arbor to match our old one from 10 years ago. The crew worked very hard all day and walked through the whole area with us when finished to  make sure everything was right. They did an amazing job. They even took time to saw the board to shape to our house siding to make sure they was as little gap as possible so no one can look through. And before they left they gave us some tips of how to maintain the gates. They also did great job cleaning up (no surprise screw or little piece of wood left behind). We'd use this company again in any fence & deck project. They're honest, responsive, fair price and do great work. Good people.

"They came out as scheduled and were able to complete the fence in about 3 days. It included setting posts in concrete and constructing the panels on site as well as two gates, one wider gate in line with outside gate for wheelbarrow entrance and the other narrower and on side close to sidewalk. They also installed wood boards under fence so critters including my dog are discouraged from digging under. Gates have nice latches including a wire loop on the inside to pull the latch open when exiting. I was very pleased with the result. They were respectful of the existing plants and raised bed rows taking care not to trample more than necessary."

"Micah and his crew were top-notch. He met with us to be sure he knew what we wanted, took measurements, discussed details, and sent an estimate in a timely manner. We opted for real cedar decking (rather than the newer composite material which we felt was less earth-friendly in the long run, and which doesn't have the beauty of real wood). We took several estimates from other companies as well but decided to go with Stellar for three reasons: 1) Micah assured us he demanded his workers listen to the client, and work diligently, 2) He dips the cedar in the protective stain before construction, so it is stained on all sides and 3) Micah seemed honest, hard-working, and very comfortable with his skill. We had been debating on adding a deck cover, so when our scheduled install time arrived, we held that conversation with him. The estimate seemed reasonable, but I was nervous because I have seen some very shoddy deck covers. Micah assured us it would look professional and he was right. Our deck is of superior quality and blends nicely with the style of our house. Everything he constructed, from the mixed, cedar-and-black-aluminum hand rail, the hidden nail construction on deck boards, the deck-end finish, to the stain color are even better than I expected. And far superior to the original deck. Micah's price was fair and I feel we definitely got our money's worth. I highly recommend Stellar Construction."

"We were originally going to have our backyard fence and gates replaced. Ted was quick to reply and came out to our house to provide an estimate. While I first thought the estimate was high, I later had other bids come in that were comparable or even higher. My wife decided we hadn't budgeted enough for a replacement job, especially considering we still had some remodel projects that needed to be done, so we decided to just do a repair job this year and revisit replacing the fence next year. To repair the fence required replacing 4 posts and then re-attaching the current fence sections to the new posts. Of the companies that bid on the original replacement job, Ted was the only one willing to take on the repair project as the others said it was "too small of a project." Ted's team was able to get out to the house relatively quick given the busy season and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again."
