That confidence is the only reason I agreed to pay more. The crew completed the installation over a Saturday and Sunday, and at the time the work appeared acceptable. I was impressed enough to tip an additional $200 for his crew. That was a mistake. Once the job was completed, Carlos completely disappeared. A sprinkler head began leaking shortly after installation. I called and texted him at least 5?6 times, sent photos documenting the issue, and received zero response.
