"I looked at 4 different cleaning services. Mid2West was one of two that actually came to our house before giving us an estimate. Micaela took the time to walk through our house and get to know my partner. My partner had been hesitant about hiring a cleaning service. Micaela put her at ease. Two ladies came out the following week and did an excellent deep cleaning. The price was less than we expected. We signed up for recurring cleanings. I highly recommend Micaela and her team."

"The original cleaner I hired for an apartment move-out cancelled on me at the LAST minute. I found Diane who responded right away. And the next day she and I got to the apartment just before the manager came to change the locks! She completely cleaned my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in a short amount of time and it looked sparkling! She’s such a sweet lady, too. I will definitely use her again!"
