If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"I had a new roof put on with new gutters and gutter guards. My deck was replaced with a composite deck and my roof was extended over it so it’s more like a porch now. I had a broken sliding glass door replaced with French doors with inner blinds in the glass. And I had two other outer doors replaced with more up to date styles. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. "Excellent! Very professional. Large crew...in and out in 1 day. They have done at least 3 other roof jobs in my neighborhood and came highly recommended. I can see why. Great price, great guarantee, quick, efficient, great clean-up. My only advice to anyone with tender plants or bushes like hydrangeas or azaleas that have branches that might easily break off is to warn them ahead of time to cover with "extra care" if these are in the way, or you might figure a way to cover them yourself. All in all, though, they did a great job of protecting my plants and bushes."
