"I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

Of all the people who came, S.G. were by far the most respectful, helpful, and transparent. From the very beginning, they did not waste my time with needless upsales, they never pressured me, and were transparent about their pricing (the cost of materials and labor) at the outset. Greg was responsive and direct throughout the process. They first offered just ridge cap work and never pressured me into a full re-roof--and when it became obvious during repairs that I would in fact need a new roof, they did at the good price they initially offered at the outset.
