I accepted the estimate and arranged a time for the work to be done. Once again Rob showed up on time prepared to do the work. He complained the job in the amount of time given. The work that was done was well done and very professional. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Also he was able to answer any questions that I had. The service gentleman said that Todd would be in touch with me. I have yet to hear back from Bartholomew and it has been several months I will not have service Bartholomew ever again "

"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
