"1) SOS electric arrived 1 hr after my call and identified quickly the small fire at the back of the motor as the cause of dead filtration system of my inground swimming pool. Fire was caused by inproper contacts between the switch and the motor. SOS Electric replaced partially burned contact into proper one and soon filtration system was up and running. 2) Light over garage door didn’t have motion sensor. SOS Electric went to Home Depot and got the new light with motion sensor. Soon it was installed properly, adjusted to optimal sensitivity and works perfectly."

"Jeremy was very enthusiastic about this project.  He had great ideas about lighting design, advice for AV setup, and ways to keep costs down without sacrificing overall quality.  He was able to offer creative suggestions, listen to concerns, and adapt his ideas to fit those concerns.  The original plan did not include rewiring the basement.  He pointed out a number of safety issues.  Even though it added significantly to the cost, he brought the basement up to code, and we are glad we did it.  Everything works better and it is safe.  The lighting work ended up being significantly cheaper because he believed we did not need nearly as many lights as we originally planned.  As I look at our completed project, he was right.  The lighting is perfect.  We also had a request to put the center channel speaker in an unusual location.  He voiced his concern, but agreed to do what we wanted.  Again, he was right.  It sounded terrible.  He moved the speaker to right spot (which required some rewiring) with no fuss.  It sounds fantastic.  I would highly recommend Sound Electric."

"After emailing the company for a quote request to perform regular maintenance on the stone retaining walls for my house, they got back to me about a week later explaining what type of maintenance would be appropriate for our home. As a second thought I asked if they had looked at the front steps as well and they got back to me the next day with a quote for repair. After receiving the ok for the repointing the company began work on the property. They worked independently. The head mason made himself available to us on Saturday to demonstrate the need for repairing the front steps. This was a very effective way to show us that work was necessary and we appreciated their commitment. The head of the company also stopped by on Saturday to make sure that the work was proceeding in line with our expectations and see if there was anything else they could help us with. The stone work was completed over 3 days and the gutters were done the same week.
